EST is holding a block of sleeping rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Washington, DC Hotel for the nights of July 9-11, 2008 at the prevailing government rates: Single - $154.00; Double - $154. These rates do not include the 14.5% taxes that will also be charged. The last day to make your reservations at the government rate is Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
