Become a Consultant

Enterprise Services & Technologies, Inc., the Technical Assistance contractor for the Youth Information, Training and Resource Center (YITRC) program, may require the services of consultants to provide training and technical assistance, including Web-based information and material development to all YITRC grantees funded by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities.

Areas of technical assistance may involve the following:

  • Addressing barriers to a single point of entry for information and training, including State legislation
  • Developing mechanisms, procedures, and policies for a single point of entry for youth and emerging leaders
  • Maintaining data on information and activities provided to youth and emerging leaders with developmental disabilities
  • Working with and developing trust with unserved and underserved populations including those from various racial, ethnic or cultural minority backgrounds
  • Development of performance-based outcome measures

Assignments will be of short duration and may involve travel.
