Grantee Projects
Is there a grantee project near you? What are the grantees doing to address the needs of youth with disabilities? Find out here. While each project is complex, the grantees all have the same purpose: to assist youth with developmental disabilities in reaching their goals, increase their access to services and opportunities around them, and empower them with the training and information necessary to direct their own lives.
On the map below, click on a State to read about Grantees that provide assistance for the geographic area. After reading the project descriptions, if you are interested in helping out or have comments or questions, there is an e-mail address listed for each program’s primary contact.
